On an otherwise quiet Milton street, a weekly event has emerged: Make Noise for Essential Workers.

Saturdays at 7:00PM, local residents step away from online activities and create audio havoc in the hood. While non-musical people bang pots and pans or beat water bottles, musical talent takes to the asphalt stage to present a couple of feelgood songs. Artists include student bands from Milton and Campbellville music schools and colleagues of residents.

The presentations have expanded from singer/ guitarist to acoustic duo, to electric rock trio with drums.
